Our In-House Digital Denture Laboratory

Every denture we create is custom designed in our in-house digital laboratory. Working closely with your denturist, our experienced lab technician designs every denture specifically for you, allowing for precision, customization, and consistency that isn’t possible with traditional methods alone.

Our in-house 3D printers allow us to create custom appliances quickly and accurately, giving us greater control over every stage of the denture-making process. Every permanent denture we create begins as a solid block of premium acrylic. Our precision milling machine carves each denture directly from this material with exceptional accuracy, creating a restoration that is strong, consistent, and custom made for you.
